  About the stone
Each block of stone is carefully selected and comes from various quarries in the South of   France...

Lens stone
• Hard limestone with very fine, homogenous grain. Off-white regular coloring with crystalline flakes.
The same stone was used for building the base of the Statue of Liberty in New-York.

Gard stone
• Gold-color limestone with coarse grain, characterized by the presence of many fossil seashells
A unique site, this world-famous aquaduct built by the Romans in the Nîmes area has been added to UNESCO'S World Heritage list.

  Patina
The art of patina consists in modifying the colour and appearance of the stone in order to
make it look old and weathered, as if it had suffered from the passing of time.
Our stone craftsman’s experience, acquired while restoring historical monuments, has given
him the skills to apply this particular technique to perfection.
